The pattern is great but a video would go a LONG way. The way things fit together can be very confusing at first if you do not property label your fabric. But the pattern works great and the final product is beautiful!

Had some issues getting the pattern printed and this shop was so helpful, sent me a different copy to print. I can't wait to make this hood for my husband's DAG costume

Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. It is a very cute and simple pattern. Should be great for beginners. It is one size (would be extremely easy to modify/make bigger though). I am just a little lady so it fit me perfectly but if you're broad shouldered be sure to make a mock up first so you can adjust and know how much bigger your final cloak will need to be. Such a pattern is perfect for adding little flares like tassels and trims that make it uniquely you and look fabulous at any faire.
